These Terms govern your use of the Science Based Learning website and mobile apps, operated by Archieboy Holdings, LLC. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Educational Use

Science Based Learning provides educational tools and content. Results depend on your study habits, use of the tools, and outside factors. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes.

Accounts And Content

You are responsible for your account activity and for any content you submit. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity.

Purchases And Subscriptions

Optional mobile-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google under the price and renewal terms shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your store account. Trial eligibility, billing, cancellation, restoration, and refunds are governed by the applicable app store.

Personal Use And Service Protection

Paid access is for the purchaser's personal learning use. You may not automate access, resell or share paid access, probe or bypass usage controls, or use the AI features to operate another product or service. We may apply temporary concurrency, rate, or fair-use safety limits to unusually excessive or automated AI usage when needed to protect availability, security, or operating costs. These safeguards are designed not to affect ordinary personal study.
